Recent Transformation Stories

These are true accounts, though in some instances, names have been changed for confidentiality purposes.

Jack is a 10 year old youngster into everything, especially football.   He hobbled into church one morning with a severely sprained ankle.   One of the welcomers immediately prayed for him at the door for about 2 mins for ligaments to be healed and the bruising to go.   Within half an hour, he was hairing around as normal, joining in all the fun, and played a junior football game 2 weeks late with no further treatment and no problem.

Susan, and 8 yr old, sprained her thumb badly by bending it backwards (not deliberately!).   It was swollen and very painful.   At the end of the meeting, one Sunday morning, she was prayed for and within a few minutes, the swelling went completely and the pain reduced drastically.

Celia is an older lady who has relied on hearing aids for many years and has had a really loud tinnitus problem.   At a Healing Hour ministry session, the noise was commanded to stop and for full hearing to be restored, in the name of Jesus.   The noise abated significantly at that time, and by the following day she could hear without her hearing aids and the noise had nearly gone.

Florence was a lady with business problems.   She and her husband ran a café, but she was also a counsellor.   But the cafe was a failing business. They had problems with existing staff not turning up letting them down and few customers.   Also, no-one was coming to her for counselling.   She came to Healing Hour for prayer and a transformation of her situation....should they continue with the café and the counselling, or find something else?   The team prayed with her on several occasions.

The cafe business is now flourishing and they have now employed several really helpful staff.   Also, when we first met her she was a little depressed, but now she is smartly dressed, hair and nails immaculate, her complexion has changed, she is full of smiles, shining eyes and confident.

Clive was a young doctor with a kyphosis, a curvature of the spine.   He also suffered from a damaged knee.   Some of the team were in Colraine for a conference. His hips had been prayed for and now clearly needed God to heal his back. He sat in the chair only for a few minutes prayer, before his back straightened (with the right curves). We then prayed for his knee which was a sports injury. Both were healed he could stand straight, no pain in back or knee and you could see the difference in his back. He was also about to take his final exams, so we prayed he would remember everything he needed to recall and for peace during that time.

Theresa is an occupational therapist and mother of 2 teenage children.   She had suffered from sudden and frequent urinary tract infections for no apparent reason.   Over a period of a few weeks of prayer ministry, she was completely healed and has had no further problems.   Hallelujah!

Steven is a clergyman who, among other health issues, was suffering from a severe shoulder pain which was inhibiting his ability to get on with his day to day routine.   After a simple command to the shoulder, it was instantly healed.   He jumped up and shouted, 'I don't believe it!'

Harry has, or rather had, a rheumatic foot.   One Monday evening, he agreed to be prayed for and was completely healed and is walking about normally without pain.

George has suffered from irritable bowel syndrome for a long time.   He also came for prayer and, at the time of writing, (a week later) has been completely free of it.

Anne is a quiet older age lady who helps at Messy Church.   As there is a prayer and healing 'tent' there, she came for prayer with a shoulder injury and pain in her knees.   After about 5 mins, not only was she healed, but she was in tears as she realised God's love for her.

William is an active sports teenager who always seems to have scrapes of one sort or another!   During one Monday night's activities, he had managed to scrap his right big toe so much that the nail was hanging off on one side only. "You could see right underneath the nail."   He was seen by the practise nurse at a minor injuries clinic on Tuesday, who X-rayed it (in case of a break) bandaged it up. His mother prayed that he wouldn't lose his nail and there would be complete healing.     The next day the nurse checked it, but all she saw was a complete nail, with a bit of loose skin.   There was no swelling and hardly any bruising.   Seeing it the night before, not just the nurse, but Mitchell and his mother were amazed at the healing.

One of team went to Tenerife on holiday with his wife and another couple.   On arrival at the resort, they were served by a waitress who mentioned a back problem. Being a bit slow to pick up what God was wanting to do, the opportunity passed.   But over the next few days, Justin asked God to another opportunity and some words of knowledge to confirm His love for her.   Although many things came to mind, Justin dismissed many of them not knowing whether they were his imagination.   He held on to one, a name of someone called Ryan.   It was the penultimate day when the opportunity came.   She agreed for Justin to pray and afterwards he asked whether the name Ryan meant anything.   It did.   He was the son of a friend.   He said this confirmed that God knew her and loved her.   The next morning before they left for the airport, Justin popped back to the café area to ask how she was..."last night was the first time for years that I was able to sit of the sofa without any pain.   I told my husband what had happened.   I'll never forget you!"

Paul who works with young people had had a history of migranes for at least 5 years.   He had been trying to manage the condition with a diary-free diet.   After receiving prayer for the migranes, he began slowing to incorporate dairy back into his diet and now has loads of it without any impact whatsoever.
